Over the course of my career, I’ve not only been a manager, but I’ve been a hands-on direct contributor in designing and launching B2B software (on-prem and SaaS/cloud), B2B and B2C products, apps, and websites in companies ranging from cybersecurity, data management and endpoint protection, e-commerce, consumer package goods and retailing, global industrial manufacturing, health tech, and IT consulting and services. 

Along the way, I’ve led product design process improvement and change management both as a manager and as an individual contributor/practice lead.

I’ve also gained valuable experience in many areas of design and UX including research design and execution, as well as research ops, and have held various positions in the UX realm, including content designer, visual designer, interaction designer, UX architect, and researcher.
